Personal history
Nervall was the only son of Umv16Uli, ruler of the Eden Kingdom, during its peak as the largest global power.
Born into privilege and destined to inherit the throne, Nervall grew up surrounded by the power and influence of New Eden. However, during a hunting expedition near the kingdom, Piglins managed to open a Nether Portal and launched an attack on New Eden. Rushing back to aid in the defense, Nervall witnessed his father’s death at the hands of the Piglin warlord The Unbreakable. He attempted to confront the warlord but was overpowered and left for dead.
The Piglins retreated to the Nether after the Edenian forces unleashed the Undead Virus on the battlefield, which began infecting the attackers. Severely injured, Nervall was discovered by his mentor, who saved him and pledged to train him for the challenges ahead. Overwhelmed by shame and dishonor, Nervall donned the mask of a New Eden Strike Dagger, a symbol of stealth and retribution, marking the beginning of his transformation.
During his training, tragedy struck again when a group of Piglin followers attacked and gravely injured his mentor. This act drove Nervall into a fury, and he systematically hunted down the attackers, defeating them one by one. With his enemies vanquished, Nervall reclaimed his father’s trident, a relic of his lineage, and set his sights on the Nether itself. Resolving to avenge his father and his kingdom, Nervall entered the Nether, determined to confront the Piglins and put an end to their threat.

Nervall was born into a lineage that symbolized the unity of two powerful realms: Eden and Mixcoatl. As the only son of the Edenian King and a Mixcoatli princess from House Soneris, Nervall embodied the promise of a new era for the Concordia Empire. His heritage was not just a matter of lineage but a profound responsibility, as he carried the weight of two cultures, two kingdoms, and two sets of expectations.
From his Edenian father, Nervall inherited the legacy of rulership, the ideals of justice, and the stewardship of a vast and prosperous empire. The throne of New Eden, the capital of Concordia, awaited him, and his upbringing was steeped in the art of governance, diplomacy, and military strategy. He was groomed to be a king, with all the privileges and burdens that role entailed.
On his mother’s side, Nervall was the greatest living member of House Soneris, a storied clan in Mixcoatl renowned for their devotion to the sun god and their martial prowess. As a direct descendant of the ruling house, he was expected to uphold the honor of Mixcoatl and to reclaim the fractured provinces under the Soneris banner. The legacy of his maternal ancestors, who had once united Mixcoatl, loomed large over him, and the warrior ethos of Mixcoatli society infused his upbringing.
A Warrior of Two Worlds
Nervall’s training and upbringing reflected the duality of his heritage. In Eden, he mastered statecraft, diplomacy, and the arts of command, ensuring he could govern with wisdom and strength. His Mixcoatli heritage, however, demanded something different. From his maternal lineage, Nervall learned the martial traditions of House Soneris, the rituals honoring the sun god, and the code of honor that defined Mixcoatl’s warrior culture.
When tragedy struck again, with a Piglin attack gravely wounding his mentor, Nervall’s Mixcoatli instincts came to the fore. Fueled by fury, he pursued the attackers relentlessly, defeating them in combat and reclaiming his father’s trident—a relic symbolizing his legacy and his dual identity as a leader and warrior.
The Weight of Expectations
As the rightful heir to the Concordia throne, Nervall bore the responsibility of uniting and protecting the vast empire. However, his obligations extended beyond Eden. In Mixcoatl, the provinces remained fragmented and restless, with Houses vying for dominance. As the scion of House Soneris, Nervall was expected to rally the Mixcoatli people, reestablish the influence of his House, and reclaim the lost lands under their banner.
This dual responsibility placed him at a crossroads. Eden expected him to be a king who would secure the empire’s stability, while Mixcoatl looked to him as a warrior who would restore their honor and sovereignty. The immense burden of these roles defined Nervall’s life and fueled his relentless drive to fulfill his destiny.
