The Park Point District is the home of the infamous Park Point Rummage Sale, an annual black market gathering that takes place there.

The bit about the rumors is what got my attention. Rumors are often just gossip, but there is a chance that there may be some truth that lies beneath the surface. I wonder...what could be so important that it requires subterfuge and silencing of trespassers to protect it? Keep going. This is a good start. :)
