Narra

Narra elves emerged from the icy mountains in northern Galvia. It is said they were created by the Elder Dragon Naranul who made its home on the largest moon orbiting Nalamiir. The Narra made their homes in the valleys and glacial mountains of the frigid north. They were taught by Naranul herself how to manipulate the Manaweave and use it to their advantage before retreating to the moon. The Narra considered this the greatest of gifts and thus vowed themselves to Naranul and worshipped the moon. They eventually had ventured further south and interacted with other races. It wasn't until the Eternal Dusk that the Narra retreated back to the northern mountains and built their capital city. It is rare to see a Narra elf in modern times but their descendants can be found among the Mundaar elves of Galvia.
