Mahdar Mountains

The Mahdar range is a belt of mountains in the eastern part of the Kingdom of Parrusdan.
The western slopes of the range are quite green with both warm sun and plenty of water for growing many crops. The eastern side, however, is much dryer and this becomes more pronounced the further south you go.
Few crops can grow here although for some reason Galam Jun Peppers seem to thrive, even though they take considerable tending from the few farmers that struggle to grow them in this parched environment.
This close to the Vol Jun Desert, it is not uncommon for human settlements to be raided by Wild Naalva coming from the empty sands.
