Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
Stoats are usually named after elements of nature - Flora, Fruit, etc. Names like Berry and Leaf are fairly common, with additional names centred around their personality/quirks/etc.
Beauty Ideals
Stoats regard beauty standards only relating to the apparel they wear - materials of high quality and vibrant colour with highly elaborate designs are considered to be the best example of a Stoat's beauty.
Courtship Ideals
Stoats regard courtship to be a test of their knowledge and/or textile abilities, often requiring them to either make or purchase fine clothing to be presented to their intended mate.
Common Etiquette Rules
Ensuring that one's clothing is kept in the utmost clean condition is paramount within Stoat society - to have dirty and damaged clothing is considered very improper and, in some cases, insulting.
Common Dress Code
Only the most elaborate and vibrant clothing is desirable among Stoats, with Gowns, Cloaks, Gloves, and Veils being the most important.
Historical Figures
Ser Roan is considered to be the first Stoat knight in their history, choosing to wear armour instead of more traditional Stoat attire. Ser Roan dedicated his life to defending Stoat communities against any and all threats, regardless of the danger and risk to his own life. Ser Roan was, unfortunately, regarded as an oddity by the other Stoats for his outlandish lifestyle choice.
Interspecies Relations and Assumptions
Due to their size, the Stoats avoid interspecies relationships.
