Session Thirty-One Report

General Summary

The party travelled to the Timberlands of Gheal where they found the White Claw Goblin tribe. Fitzgerald killed the goblin big 'un in one on one combat by knocking his head off with a punch in his giant ape form. He became king of the White Claw Goblins.
Basically the party discovered that the goblins were going to sacrifice the unicorn and a giant raven egg so they could make an omlet (they called it an omleg) so they could wake up a great primal beast named Annaheim. It's a gargantuan owl bear that has been slumbering under the hill for centuries. The hill would rise and fall with each of its deep breaths.
We prevented a giant Owlbear named Anneheim from waking up and destroying Thatchum. We rescued the Unicorn and convinced the goblins to create a nature preserve for Owlbears and Unicorns at Anaheim Hill instead.
We convinced Green Leaf to go there and oversee the preserve and we are to aid them if they ever call on us. Green Lead is concerned by Annaheim and is going to study it.
The unicorn was reunited with its parents.
We told the Barron about everything and ended up signing up to potentially help them in a coup against Castle Xyntillan. We are to repot any Xyntillan loyalists to him that we find.
The party found Squiggy at Annaheim Hill. He referred to himself as the great Mabinogi. He had a long gray fake beard and advised the tribe. He was there centuries ago when Annaheim laid down to take his nap. He has known powerful heroes of ages past and learned of Goblin Slayer and said that perhaps he could finally be slain.
We were on our way to retrieve an item and saw smoke from Anaheim Hill. We called a moogle and it told us there was rebellion at the preserve. Are trying to capture the unicorns again.
Oh yeah and Hazirawn's back! We brought a broken down hot air balloon back to the manor. The hot air balloon was pierced by Hazirawn when Uldrek dropped it from Castle Hail. A gnome crash landed near the goblins. The goblins took him in for safe keeping and but they put him in a chest and forgot about him...
