The Frost Fire Maiden Chapter 08

A warlock, exploring the town of Leith was emplored by Lady Laa Laa to venture into the large sewer pipe that led into the mercenary quarters of Leith. As she entered she felt slight nausea, the pressure in her ears cause them to pop... Curious, the detail in its architecture were clearly archaic. Though seemingly new. Curious, she continued deeper east.

A figure approached from the rear, passing Perrit who promptly disregarded her.
The ghost enraged at the sight of this half-elf split herself in two and screeched, from its mouth splurted out black ooze.
Unslaad Chasing them through the halls. Unslaad threw a torch at the creature, the torch melted almost immediately. Unslaad continued to flee.
Severen attempted to fear the mass of black tar barring the way out. Successful, the mass pulled at itself, attempting to escape from his nightmarish image but something thwarted their attempt.
Two mouths, hurriedly placed orbs into them, tried opening door, fireball, Varis and Zak placed the orbs in the mouths.
fireball shoots out at Varis, he closes the door and he hears a whoosh. Unslaad tries to enter, stopped by a wall. "Only the carriers of the orbs can enter first". Zakaleth pushes him in as the ooze edges closer and the others follow suit.
As they enter, the ooze attempts to enter the chamber they entered and is met with a field that repelled them back.
They used this time to rest after the ordeal.
