Described to many as planar stars that dazzle and confuse, driving one mad. Pulgech is one entity that has extended its influence over a large area, great fogs and hallucinations that touch The Faye Marsh Wilds are often caused by his influence.
Preferring the more remote locations of the marsh, it is often found in the more treacherous locations where one would find the dark caverns embedded in its mountainous regions where its illusions are law.
