Paoa

The Paoa are the natives to the Shalamar Mountains. There are differing tribes, the tribes can consist of, but not isolated to: Bugbears, Forest Elves, Hob-Goblins , Mountain Dwarves, Draugr, Aaracocra and Goliath.
Each clan seeks Dugs favour. In order to achieve order, they seek balance through power, their indepth knowledge of Dug gives them insight on what is acceptable for his followers to use, punishment for taking an 'Intimate' item is excruciating death by the Diety, itself.
The different clans are always at war, those of the Paoa are very suspicious of the other clans.
