Dreygur

Dreygur are half-ghost half-corporal beings that roam the Yynsfar mountains, caves, ruins, and pretty much anywhere that are on the outskirts of human societies. They attack any humans and animals they come across and drink their blood. Dreygur are born when bodies that are left out for to long start to rot. When their skull is exposed, some mist reanimates the body and takes control of it. The decaying process then slows. Dreygur were born when a spirit from a far off island by the name of Verkur, came to Yynnsfar and created them.
