Shadowkin - Formless Telepathy

The Shadowmen assassins and the clan of Shadowmen. The Shadowmen are more than solid objects, they are mostly energy containing basically of a black smoke.

Second Dream. "Shadowmen Clan"
I was running, running from something I have never seen before. Blurs of black flashes zoom beside me and past me. They repeated, in perfect harmony "Your time is near!" this was irritating me for I have not a clue what they mean.
The last time I encountered these things were only in my visions. In one recent vision I was standing in front of what looked to be a shaman of some sort, he was covered from head to toe in black; but there was no facial features to be seen just glowing eyes. He must have had three sets of eyes all lined around his head, side by side. He spoke to me, in my mind, seeing that he had no mouth to speak from. "Your family, your clan, your village; exiled me and my loyal followers. Your father, parent, Ewen; he will suffer for what he has done to my people; and you will pay on his behalf, until he is found!" This was the first time I have ever heard about my fathers life outside of my village. All that I have ever known or remember about my father was that he would only come home, late at night, after long periods of time but not stay long, on holidays, and on the holy day* (*Sunday in the modern world; the seventh day.) Until one day he never showed up and went missing, according to Reikin, my father's best friend.
These Shadowmen that followed me were what the shaman called his Night Stalkers, otherwise known as the Shadowmen Assassin... But what has my father done? Is evil, or not?
