Agarthan Houses of Magi

The rulers of Agartha were always a mysterious bunch. Having influences that date back before the Shadow Wars. Being of a natural origin that has existed for centuries through their own trials and tribulations. Yet still have high ranking members of the Agartha Archipelago. A kingdom of Islands, concealed in what seems to be a never ending fog of mist. This Mythical place has many lores and legends, some even being the origins of Creation itself... The Sion Trinity have much knowledge about these Island Country-States... The legend thickens...   Having council members in all facets of society from, the very powerful to the very poor. They are feared and revered as legends have been seeded into all kingdoms of power; from the Formed to the Formless, Light and the Dark, Good and Evil. The Agarthans were truly magicians in most other countries around Theros.   The Agarthan Isles have still been shrouded in mystery and very few venture into these waters due to the thick misty fog that surrounds the Archipelago. Made up of 5 known Islands surrounding a strong whirlpool seated within the innermost waters of the Archipelago. 3 Major Islands and 2 Minor Islands that house the factions that make up Agarthan society of Druids, Mystics, Wizards, Warlocks, and Witches. Each having their own philosophy and theology that harnesses that knowledge and power of the universe. Yet modest and solemn they speak highly of the education and wisdom that makes up all that is Inner-Power.   Envoys and Emissaries stem out and reach into the deepest recesses of the world around them. Having Political Leaders, Healer Doctors, and the fabled Alchemy that makes up the basis of the Agarthan society. Having experts in all fields of expertise... all stemming to the Land beneath their feet and the up into the heavens...   With each profession broken down into Three Houses of Research: Priests/esses, Bards, and Politicians.   Each house have members exceeding 10,000 enrolled as Pupils researching to become Initiates to their respective classes. Much like any institute of education filled with knowledge extra curricular activities all in pursuit to have the Rite of Apprenticeship. This type of rigorous training can take up to 10 years based on which profession. Some only need 5 years with experience in a select field of study. Much of the Agarthan Leadership are from the House of Polytech - Politicannon. A play on words as many of these quirky wise people like to use.   The spiritual and ritual leaders were all from the House of Templearn - Monkmantra.   The record keepers, and historians were all of the House of Musika - Bardscaling.   As with all societies they are separated by class or professional experience. These two Major Facsimiles are embodied well in the phrase "As Above so Below" creating a dichotomous power of influence. Holy and Vile, Sacred and Sacrilege, Living and Un-living.   The populous of the Agarthan Archipelago is made up of:   Mystics - A Priest that gives out the blessing of life, longevity, and protection. They are the Spiritual Leaders of the Agarthan Empire. Having oracle like abilities to foresee possible outcomes as well as teaching the ways of prophecy and regenerative magicks. They are the purest form of magi in the kingdom.   Wizards - Wielders of Universal magicks, such as Creation, Destruction, Evolution, and Ascension. Being the true wielders of the Agarthan Militaristic strength. These loyal, solemn, and dedicated magis have been known as the Heralds of the End Times, or Immortals of Ancient descent. Many fear these individuals as much as they revere them, Wizards consist mostly of the Agarthan Political Leaders as they have been known to be great at negotiations as the Emissaries of the Mysterious Argarthan Kingdom.   Witches - Much like the Wizard, yet they rely more on ritualistic magic and pacts. They are the most skilled in Alchemy and Herbology, having a platitude of potions, elixirs, tonics, and cure-alls. One of the defining features of the Witches is their tendency to create covens, a type of group that amplifies the Witches powers as more people equal more energy to summon or curse. The majority of rituals has many witches organize and implement the totems and signets in order to make a ritual successful.   Warlocks - Similar to Witches, as they rely on ritualistic magicks and pacts with other worldly beings to amplify their own power. Known as the summoner class of Agartha, the warlocks focus is on the ancient energies and entities that harness raw natural power. Warlocks worship Deston as their house Monarch. Seeing as they dabble in much of the destructive power that Zexedaros Deston has become immortalized as, only the Warlocks know the secrets to Deston being the emissaries to the Eternal of Fire.
The Agarthan Magi keep many secrets that few have tasted through adventures into the misty isles, where fog seems to be filled with a milky color, making visibility near impossible... unless they have a Magi of their own familiar with such ancient magicks.
