Apotheanism
The Apotheanist Church holds that the Messenger of Cosmos, The Holy Daughter, The Apotheana, was born in [DATE], as prophesized 800 years prior by Elondin of Sceaferd and was known as a human woman by the name of Hezha of Nalchaezzar, who was born in the ancient human kingdom of Nalchaezzar. She was born as a respresentative of the Goddess to save humanity for its sin.
Mythology & Lore
The Disciples of Hezha were inspired by her and were converted from their Sceaferdist views as they went through the Crystal Pilgrimage with her. As they re-evaluated their values and saw the teachings of the Goddess in a new light, they wrote the 'Byblae', or 'The Book of Books'. It is an anthology of stories detailed by the Seven Disciples of Hezha which works off of the Mater Byblos of the Sceaferdist religion. The Byblae uses the Mater Byblos as the first act of Cosmo's Plan, usually calling it The First Creed, and claiming that the Byblae is the second act or The Second Creed, and claim that The Third Creed will be written when Mundus gets reconstructed under the Goddess' direct rule.
For the most part Apotheanism uses the mythology established by Sceaferdism. The major differences between Sceaferdism and Apotheanism include interpretations of what the Goddess' intentions were with many of her punishments towards sapientkind, and the recognition of the Apotheana as part of the Goddess and the Holy Trinity: Cosmos the Mother, Hezha the Daughter and Heav the Holy Realm.
Apotheanism holds that Cosmos introduced her Daughter Hezha, born a human woman in the Kingdom of Nalchaezzar, to be her messenger and deliver onto the enlightened peoples her ultimate goal: for all to love each other and to love Her above all else to commune with her in Heav into their eternal life after death.
Tenets of Faith
To live in harmony with others, follow the Thirteen Commandments of the Goddess as described in The First Creed. Follow the Fourteenth Commandment as described in The Second Creed. The commandments as described on the Byblae closely follow the Mater Byblos.
Worship
Similarly to Sceaferdism, the Apotheanist Church communes once a week, although worship can be done whenever they wish.
Priesthood
The Apotheanic Eclesia was first formed by Disciple [_]. The growing belief in the Apotheana after she was crucified in [_] BGA caused more believers to gather around old
