Demographics
The people here are more aggressive than most of the empire. They seem to be keeping secrets about their inner workings and how the town stays afloat. underneath a thin veil of unspoken word they are slave owners. Most of the slaves are half orc, goblin, and in rare cases drow. Slavery being legal in Balsine it isn't uncommon to see such a site but here it is more prominent than normal.
