Defences
The walls have weapons unheard of in most kingdoms, strange technological weapons that are capable of decimating armies but don't seem to be portable by any means.
Infrastructure
Metal buildings are common in the city and the majority of houses are reinforced by metal. Some buildings are stone or wood but it's uncommon to see them.
Guilds and Factions
The cross faction controls most of the city with enforcing a mafia style protection plan to most establishments. If they are unable to pay they will destroy the building and merchandise without leaving a trace.
History
During the war the people who lived in the city either fled to Wootenchyle or were killed. The brunt of the war took place in Balsine for the first few years and Breek had thousands of casualties.
