High Leaders

High Leaders are directly below High Commanders who are below High Generals. High Leaders are common throughout society, in that each community has one or two. They are most common in the Rheign communities as their society revolves around command positions.   High Leaders just as any other are allowed to marry and have children. They cannot hold office, as their position is their office. Per community there is usually one High Leader who travels beyond with the quest party each year, and another who stays to command the children and crop growers. These questing parties often scavenge for food, and return at the end of each week. Sometimes larger quests are had in times of unrest.
Depending on the community, most High Leaders wear reddish colours. In Rheign tradition the more battles one wins the more braids they get to adorn. High Leaders and those above them are the only ones allowed to braid a small section of their hair on either side- framing the face. For easy movement most Rheign wear pants, or less constricting skirts. The most fearsome of warrior women, like Reign wear long skirts that are said to spread fear in their enemies as the approach on horseback. Most Rheign have dark hair, with High Generals being born with naturally silver hair like their great goddess. They are said to be descended directly from Reign and her lover Oblivion.
Tattoo culture is strong within the Rheign communities. High Leaders have a trinity knot on the nape of their neck.

High Leaders adorn their body with a dark silver metal, in the form of bracelets up the arm or tattoos in the metal which also cake their way up each arm. They represent honor. Each Rheign holds a special weapon made from Moonmetal, and a pendant made from the weapons that came before. Each High command has a distinct pendant given to the main leader of a community.
