Infrastructure

Inner-city includes massive government and library stuructures around large courtyards linked together by passages under building bridges. Outside of the main landmass, is another smaller one which inhabits the wealthy Alrant. At the Center of the city lies the entrance to the underwater river of the Rih. Here the Rhose Blacksmithery is placed. A large compound of similar style, connected to the city with tunnels and cobblestone streets. On the mainland is the outer-city. This is where the less wealthy live and the home to many businesses.
