Scene 3.5 "Absolom Knows More"

Ragnar communicated to the group the need for them to help him save the world; most of them agreed in one way or another to help Ragnar with his cause. Mia remains very suspicious of Ragnar, but agrees to help either way. As the group agreed, Ragnar led them down to the main lobby of the Sativum building where thugs were waiting for them (Vampyre, Euro Lycans, and what appears to be some decked out hunters). Our boy Gick Rimes devils out (yes, his bicycle mutates with him) and starts swinging a bad ass cooking spatula like it's a fuckin' sword. Ragnar summons from his bag of holding a massive Scottish Claymore, which he uses to literally rip people apart with. If it wasn't for Ragnar, our entourage would have been decimated. Within the fray, Mia was able to question the last creature, who flashed it's fangs at Mia. Ragnar held him down with his sword. Mia struck a bargain with the fella by letting him live if he told her who he was working for ... it was Agustus Lambert, naturally. They were also able to get Mr. Grey on board; Ragnar held information regarding the murder of his family.

The group set out to meet with Mr. Miller at his establishment, Hotel Brickenridge. They were able to get an audience with him via some powerful mind-shit from Ifrit. They enter into a speak easy of sorts in the lower half of the hotel, leading to a Vampyre night club. Gick nearly gets everyone killed, but was able to get some beer in him to keep from letting "Papa" come out.
Miller stated he would tell them, but only if they did a favor for him: Absolom is being blackmailed by a Fae named Ben Davis. Absolom Miller wants him taken care of ... he doesn't care how as long as it gets done. He wants whatever blackmail Ben Davis had on him brought back as proof.
The group was ready to go, with a plan to camp in the night just outside of Jonas Ridge. Ifrit announced that he had a friend that he felt might be useful to tag along and states that she is a hunter. Mia loses her shit, as she is a Vampyre and is openly hunted by the Hunter's Aggregate and the like.
The session ended with Mia driving away, obviously appalled by the thought of a hunter-wanna-be being anywhere near her.
