Manfredo Baldassare was Baron of the great city of Slate Port and was the head of House Baldassare of Slate Port which made him one of the most powerful lords in the East. He was the father of many bastard children, Alonso Baldassare the principal among them, and also fathered two true born children Vinicio Baldassare and Alina Baldassare.
During the Summer Solstice of 1113, the Baron was killed by a group of unknown assailants within his manse in Slate Port. His eldest true born son Vinicio Baldassare ascended to his fathers place as Baron following his death.

Manfredo was of medium height, measuring in at roughly 5 foot, 11 inches. He was slender and broad-shouldered. His arms were thin but muscled. Manfredo had short medium brown hair and a well groomed beard.
