Physical: Veku is 4'3". He has cherry red fur with lemon yellow and light orange stripes on his limbs, back, and torso. On his large and bushy tail are thick orange, brown, yellow, and green stripes. Veku has big and sparkly heterochromatic eyes.
Personality: Veku is very enthusiastic about everything and hyperactive. He has a high-pitched and youthful voice that could make anyone smile. Veku loves physical contact, especially hugs, kisses, and being cuddled with. Veku is mentally underdeveloped and is heavily age-regressed. He is mentally about 13-14 years old.

Physical Description

General Physical Condition

Veku is a tall and thin fire folf. He is a digitigrade organism, which means he walks with the length of his digits (toes) instead of the soles of his feet. He has large conical ears, each one is able to swivel around forward, backward, and on either side.
Veku's paws are large, and he has soft green paw pads on each one. His legs are long. Veku has a short snout with small, barely noticeable whiskers on either side. There are three black dots where these whiskers grow. In real-world, Veku can be drawn with or without the whisker marks. His tail is long and covered in multicolored fur. It curls upward.

Body Features

Veku is tall and thin, and he has long legs. His paws are large and he is a digitigrade mammal. His ears are wide and conical.

Facial Features

Veku's face is dominated by his two large heterochromatic eyes. If you look at his eyes from one certain direction, you'll see that his pupils are green, but if you look at them from another direction, you'll see orange. Despite this, his eyes, from a normal angle, appear to be light brown. A small area surrounding his eyes is covered by yellow fur. Resting above his eyes are thick oval-shaped eyebrows. Veku has a dark green tongue.

Identifying Characteristics

Veku is covered with a two-inch thick, multicolored layer of fur. He is mostly red, with over 70% of his body covered in red fur. Around his neck, lower aft sides of his face, and on the front of his chest is a fluffy section of beautiful yellow fur. Veku's handpaws and footpaws are also yellow, with light green beans.
Spread variously around his body are thin stripes of orange, burnt orange/brown, and yellow. Going up his tail are large thick stripes of orange, yellow, burnt orange, and even green! Veku's hair is short, red, and wispy.

Physical quirks

Despite being an anthropomorphic digitigrade furry, Veku prefers to sit like a dog, with his arms propping the front of his body and his tail wrapped around him when he sits. He finds that this method of sitting relieves the stress on his legs and lets them be in a comfortable position.
When Veku sleeps, he curls his body into a shape that resembles a bread loaf; with his front and hind legs tucked underneath his body.

Special abilities

Veku is a member of a few and far between sub-species called "Fire Folves". As the name suggests, these folves have the innate ability to biologically manipulate fire and thermal energy. The Fire Folves are closely related to the other three ancient Elemental Folf sub-species, especially the Earth Folves. These Fire folves' powers are all different between them when it comes to the source of their pyromanipulation.
In Veku's case, his inner flames are directly connected to his emotions. When in an angered, stressed, or even horny state, Veku's fire burns intensely. When tired, sick, or even unconscious, Veku's flames die down a bit. The colors and temperature of his fire also depend on his current emotion.
If he's happy, they burn a luminous yellow-red color, at a pleasant 70 or so degrees Fahrenheit. When he's angry, his fire burns bright orange-red at a scalding temperature of 600 degrees Fahrenheit. When he's sad, his flames take on a darker purple, almost blue color, and can go as low as -5 degrees Fahrenheit.
Veku's body is covered in a thin layer of this flame, although it is not noticeable to the naked eye. As stated before, he burns at a steady 70 degrees or so, so he is naturally cool to the touch. You wouldn't notice anything but fur. He is not affected by his heat no matter how high it's pushed. He does have to keep in mind that his flames affect people and objects around him, so he has to stay cool so as to not injure and destroy them.

Apparel & Accessories

Veku doesn't wear clothes much, just like many, many other furries around Mobius-2. But in professional settings, or when he feels like it, he'll quickly throw some mismatched clothes on.
Veku's favorite casual clothing set is a pink button-down shirt with the words "BAD BOI" written on the back in bold black letters. He wears beige pants and black sunglasses. But, Veku doesn't like wearing shoes.
If it's a professional setting, Veku will (reluctantly) put a dress shirt on, some beige khakis, and maybe a tie. Still no shoes.
Ever since he was a young cub, Veku has had a rather nonexistent fashion sense. He won't match colors in an outfit, rather, he'd throw whatever clothes he had nearest onto his body and keep on chugging. This strange quirk of his is one of the several reasons he is mocked when he goes outside.

Personal history

Veku the Fire Folf was born on March 15th, 2103 to a small family of mixed heritage folves. His father, Elijah, was an Earth Folf, and his mother, Gina, was a Fire Folf.
From the start, it was apparent that Veku was a bit...different from most other people. Besides his ancient godly ancestry, he was always a bit slow to the draw with most things. For the first few years of his life, Veku was tested time and again for mental disorders, but they all came up with no dice. As it turned out, young Veku was much more energetic and hyperactive than most other people his age, much to the relief of his parents.
Like all members of society, Veku eventually had to sign up for school. He was sent to a large inner-city elementary school not too far from his family's apartment. Almost immediately, it was evident that something was wrong with him. In addition to the fact that compared to the average elementary schooler he was quite tall, Veku didn't process information at the same speed as most other folks. It took twice the amount of explanation necessary to get the point across for him. When the folf was in 5th grade, it was determined that he had a borderline learning disability and that his IQ was a bit below that of other kids his age.
Like any other set of loving parents, Veku's mother and father were distraught. They demanded the test be retaken, and unfortunately, the results were the same. Veku, not being the most tactful of all people, made it a point to tell everybody his test score, much to the amusement of all the kids around him. He was constantly bullied for his below-average intelligence, thus giving him immense trust issues and problems with his self-esteem, among other things. But, he was cute, charming, and very sweet, so that made up for it entirely. Luckily, in the 8th grade, Veku met his current best friend and most trusted confidant, a human known by the name Gap.
Veku and Gap instantly bonded over their mutual love of video games and technology, and pretty soon they would be seen sitting at lunch together and sleeping over at each other's homes. By this time, Veku had grown a considerable amount, and he'd become more...visually appealing. This change did not go unnoticed by the females around him. In fact, he was being approached nearly daily by some girl asking to hang out with him. Veku might not have had the best intelligence, but his memory was as good as it'd ever been.
To each and every date proposition, he denied it. He remembered in vivid detail the amount of mistreatment he'd gone through at the hands of these very same girls, and he'd have none of it just because they were being nice. Throughout high school, Veku was approached many a time by several people for various outings, both romantic and platonic. But he rejected them all. His dignity would not be shattered by his thirst for a date.
Fast forward a bit, and it is the senior year of high school. Emotions are strong and nostalgia is even stronger as year-long friendships between people are either strained or further strengthened by the anticipation of the future. Veku and Gap's relationship had strengthened tenfold during this time, and as graduation day crept nearer and nearer, the both of them began to make plans with each other as to where they'd go and what they'd do after high school. It wasn't long before both of them applied for the same college.
It was an epic uphill battle, but Veku made it in. Both he and Gap attended the same college and signed up for the same courses and everything was good and fun! During the first year of college, Veku discovered his true sexuality as being pansexual. He could form strong romantic attractions to anyone and everyone, relatively quickly, at that. Everyone that cared about him was very proud of his decision and made it clear they supported him. He was 18 years old, and that meant he could move out of his parents' house, which he did. He and Gap had been searching for potential living spaces, and together with the money they'd saved from their respective jobs, they were able to rent a small apartment.
During the first year of Veku's college life, he started up a live streaming channel on Twitch that he lovingly calls Folf_0n_Fire. On this channel, he mainly streams online video games and invites his viewers to come play with him on his servers whenever they'd like! He has amassed a following of 10,000 subscribers. During this time, Veku and Gap also took up the hobby of cosplaying/fursuiting at local and overseas conventions. At the current moment, Veku and Gap live in an apartment on the 13th floor of an apartment building near the center of the city.

Despite this, he has certain effeminate traits like the slight sway of his hips as he walks, the usage of hand gestures when he speaks, and the high pitch his voice adopts when he is excited. These particular traits have earned him the title of "femboy", which he wears with considerable pride.

Veku is pansexual, which means he doesn't care about gender. Gay, bisexual, trans, it doesn't matter. He falls in love very easily with anyone and everyone. Veku's trust issues do get in the way of his pursuing romantic interests, but it doesn't really matter to him.

Education

Veku currently is in his first year of college. He has a learning disability that makes it hard for him to process information, but he gets help from his family, friends, and professionals to overcome that.

Employment

Veku does not have a job as of yet, but he generates some revenue from his live streams. He also does cosplay, a hobby he enjoys very much.

Accomplishments & Achievements

Arguably, Veku's biggest accomplishment was getting into college. Now make no mistake, Veku really tries his best, but to be honest, it wasn't going to cut it. But, with a few good words put in to the college board, Veku was let in with a handicap.

Failures & Embarrassments

As is a product of the imperfect world, Veku was the victim of intense bullying in his 'youth', due to his lower-than-normal intelligence. Veku didn't do anything wrong, he was just a bit slower to the draw than some other people. Nevertheless, no matter how nice, innocent, sweet, or compassionate Veku was, he was constantly being harassed over something he couldn't control.

Mental Trauma

Veku has less than favorable memories of his school days, what with the harassment, difficulty of the work, and the boredom. This mild trauma can always be solved with the reassuring words of his best friend Gap.

Intellectual Characteristics

As stated before, Veku Folf was born with a mild learning disorder. However, that's not to say he's not smart in his own right. Where Veku lacks in intellect, he fully makes up for in his creativity and determination.
Veku never had the best grades possible, but he did get good marks from his teachers, saying that they appreciated his creativity with the given task.

Morality & Philosophy

Veku believes in free will for everyone and no judgment. He is a sweet guy of good heart and is willing to give people extra chances, no matter how much they don't deserve it.
It still hits him hard when he's insulted, but he has learned to take it in stride and not let it get to his head. Veku believes that there is good in everyone, it's just that some people don't show it.

Taboos

A major taboo that Veku has is anything to do with romantic relationships and anything of the sort. He doesn't like it being made known about his sexuality, especially not to people he isn't familiar with. If the question is brought up, Veku will do his best to divert the attention away from himself, but if need be, he'll reluctantly divulge the requested information.

Veku is driven by his friends and loved ones' support to help him keep doing what he loves to do. He is a free spirit that isn't held back by the bonds of societal norms. He will be who he wants to be, no matter what people think of it. Veku is known as the "innocent cute dork" of his friend group.

Veku is very tech-savvy. He can lend a helping paw with almost any technological problems, and if he can't, he loves to learn how to solve those problems for future reference! He's kinda socially inept, and he can't take hints as well as most others. However, his cute charm and innocent nature are usually enough to win people over.

Veku absolutely loves his video games. Retro, modern, mid-age, he'll play them all! His favorite series is the based-off-real-events series Sonic the Hedgehog. Veku particularly enjoys competitive fighting games like the Earthling-made Dragon Ball Xenoverse series.
On the flip side, Veku hates loud noises. He is sensitive to sound and that is a trigger for him having a panic attack. This is why Veku carries hit set of headphones with him whenever he goes out.

Veku has an easy temperament; he is a fine person to get along with. He makes for a good friend, if annoying at times. His big caring heart has enough space in it for the world twice over.
In addition to having a generally likable personality, Veku is also a fine team player, always willing to play his own part in a bigger organization.

It's sad to say, but Veku isn't perfect. He is sometimes selfish, needlessly holding people back from doing what they want because he enjoys their company.
Veku can get overconfident at times, especially in situations where he is superior in knowledge. This is because his having superior knowledge on a subject is a rare occasion, and he tends to get overzealous whenever it happens.
Veku's energetics can become a bit much, especially when it starts to annoy people around him. When it is pointed out to him, he gets sad that him being him is annoying people.

Personality Quirks

When under stress, Veku's speech pattern changes drastically. It becomes much faster and less refined, sometimes reducing him to a blubbering mess. If the situation is bad enough, Veku might begin to cry. Yes, he is a softie. No, it is not a flaw, rather, it is advantageous in some respects.

Hygiene

Generally speaking, Veku likes his cleanliness. He showers once per day and brushes his teeth once in the morning and once at night before bed. However, during his depressive episodes, he may completely disregard his hygiene and lay in his filth for as long as he wants. Talk about a musky husky!

Mannerisms

Veku's voice is sort of sing-songy. It can fluctuate between high pitch and lower pitch depending on his emotions and the subject matter. When standing idle, Veku can be seen clasping his hands behind his back while slowly rocking back and forth on the balls of his feet.

Hobbies & Pets

Veku himself doesn't have any pets, but Gap owns a small four-toed hedgehog. His name is Max.
One of Veku's most beloved hobbies is cosplay. He got his first costume at MobiFur Con 2120, after convincing Gap to buy it for him.
The costume was some sort of anime warrior combined with an ancient Roman gladiator, and Veku fell in love with it immediately. At the very same con, Gap bought himself a blue, green, and white fox fursuit from the dealer's den that he calls Marine.

Speech

Veku's normal voice ranges from high to mid-pitch. He tends to add inflections in the middle of his sentences at inappropriate places, which gives him a child-like sound.
His voice rarely, if ever, dips into the low pitch territory. Veku's sentences are often chopped into pieces by grunts and throat clearing.
