Cerylin The Magicist

The Research of a Beloved Magicist

Cerylin Shardessa was a Magicist, particularly in the study of unique, transparent octagonal crystals. This made her famous as her findings about these crystals were rich in knowledge. However, they are very hard to find and it took her half her life to find one and examine it. After realizing it dissipates or becomes recycled back into the atmosphere, it took her another majority of her lifespan to find another. Despite her stature of a Lilun, someone of smaller than the average height, she has managed to become a great and well known Magicist.

Personal history

Due to her hair colour, born of a silver shade, the kids made fun of her instead of welcoming her. She found friends among the rocks and here her story began as the beginnings of becoming a Magicist. Her parents felt sorry for her as she didn't make friends too well or that often. They felt as if it was their fault that her hair turned out such a strange colour as neither of them had silver hair, save old age.

Education

Most of Cerylin's education came from her tutor, especially rocks, crystals and minerals. According to him she was a fast learner and an eager one, too.

Employment

Cerylin became employed by CrysTech which helped her excel and travel throughout Miria.

The Octagonal Crystal was name after Cerylin Shardessa, a Magicist. Since then it became known as the Cerylin Crystal.

Motivation

Since she was little, she was into rocks and especially the ones that sparkled. Her parents would find a collection of them under her bed, so they decided to fetch her a tutor and learn about them. Since then, Cerylin became one of the top researchers of her class and soon after, a famous Magicist.
