B I G: Session 01- Escape from Fortress Sax

Maldon and Osric each receive letters from Maldon's mother while forcibly detained within the cells below the Fortress Sax. The information given to both, reveals that they will now be Outchaos and dependent on only each other for trust and survival. The only other person aware that this is a fabricated story is Maldon's mother, Queen Syrynx.
An hour later they make good their escape. With the aid of a somewhat dubious gaoler they escape into the lands of the Saxsyrynx Foundation. Once well away, they find a small exploratory scouting party of Profane Thale, essentially spying upon the Sax. Realising that to defend the land is to downplay their 'criminality', the two Profane elect to work alongside these interlopers for the sake of the ruse they're about. Liberating their belongings from two accomodating corpses, they travel some hours with the Thale. Maldon reaches an accord of sorts with one of these, Pluona, a Fiend of megalodonic nature!
Eventually, they come to a parting when they reach the Grey Lens Portal, meant to deposit them near Spansis on Miranse. Maldon has spent most of the intervening time since the Sax arrival in the universe, on this world, so it makes most sense. As departure grows imminent, a change occurs to the portal and it transforms, beset by Colour. The cause is a being. This Power names itself, Anachaos. There is no debate among those present that its might is real. The Thale seem interested but remain close-lipped as to their thoughts on Anachaos' offer of being imbued with Tint. Osric for his part, rapidly swears fealty to the being. This, likely a result of his relatively empty pockets, lack of patrimony and poor cards to play. Maldon is more dubious or at the very least, more cautious, choosing to consider this new Power in the light of another day's dawn.
True to its word, Anachaos then allows the pair to resume their congress to Miranse.
