Gryphons of Roo's tribe organized annual competitions after years of staying under their leader's banner due to the ongoing war. Yet things didn't work out just as planned.

Conflict between the Krowl tribe and Roo tribe was put to rest and the new Competitions were established to find someone worthy of replacing the Roo as a leader and putting their name forth to the forefront of the tribe. At least, that was the intention.   Krowl gryphons masked within the tall grass sent out a volley of their venom-laced darts to the spectators and personal guards of Roo himself, assaulting the peaceful event in hopes of swiftly executing the old leader. Thanks to the swift interference of several spectators and the competitors Željka, Synderon, Stormcloud aka Thundercrasher and Parvoan, Roo was not only saved but many of the assailants were captured before they managed to flee.
