Redeye

Redeye is a fire dragon of a fairly muscular stature and two tattoos covering his flanks. He has no profession tattoo on his left shoulder. His scales are dark brown with red underbelly. His eyes are crimson. His horns are grey and curved backwards.
He is known to be a chieftain of Broadwings, leading a small band of hybrid troublemakers. His goals are currently unknown. Is in possession of artificed Slicer that causes harm when the wielder is struck.
Nothing is known about his history or religious beliefs.
Currently:

Defeated at the claws of the party at 47th Fertilan. His camp was damaged, weapons from his subordinates taken. Two kegs of alcohol confiscated.
