Braigion (a.k.a. Brian)
A hush descended around the room as with rapt attention the audience listened to the hawk-nosed man's quiet voice. "You are feeling calm and peaceful. Your breathing has slowed. You are calm. You will listen to my voice" he whispered in honeyed tones. The volunteer from the audience visibly relaxed, his shoulders dropping. A glint of shone in the hypnotist's eyes, was it one of satisfaction or just a trick of the stage lighting? His swept back hair flowed like a silver mane over his shoulders as with a flourish he raised his arms. "Now slowly lift your arm" he continued. The volunteer lifted is arm in calm acceptance. The tall thin hypnotist stalked to his subject and gently pushed down on the arms which continued to rise. With a swift knowing smile to the audience he commands his subject to lower his arms. "And now," he proclaimed "you will walk like a chicken."

Intense brown eyes, underneath impressive eyebrows stare out over a striking hook nose. A thinning silver mane of hair swept back over his shoulders completes the look of a man of arcane magic.

Personal history
Brian or Daegolor as he now goes exclusively by his stage name is a hypnotist. Long ago this intense young man found himself excluded by his peers and lacking any inherent magical ability was at a loss at how to influence people. He had the desire for attention but really lacked the ability to garner attention. That was until he met an old hypnotist who travelled around making people behave like chickens for food, lodging and coppers.
Education
Trained with the old hypnotist learning the art of mesmerising through persuasion before becoming part of a travelling fair. Here he learnt performance skills and developed the persona that he exclusively uses today and the stage skills required to maintain his act.
Employment
Daegolor was with the travelling show for some fifteen years before he was approached by the owner of the Masques about having a show at the theatre. Since then, Daegolor has travelled widely putting on shows in Tharbad, Fornost and at the castles of some noble Arthedain and Cardolan lords.
Morality & Philosophy
Daegolor is now so wrapped up in his stage persona that he believes himself to be the greatest hypnotist alive. As such, he believes that people will do what he asks and meet his needs and desires. Although (he tells himself), he is careful with his powers so as not to attract too much attention.
He tends to prey on rich women, who he finds more amenable to his charms and skills. During his time in Tharbad he deceived a good many lady-folk of their wealth.
