In essence, it concern items that do not need to be in the vicinity of Anishans to function properly. The main type of items that are grouped into Ani-Tech are of a highly advanced mechanical nature, that are akin to Solminté and Unknown Horizons Era Technology.
It is technology that is powered utilizing the Ani Force and uses it to maintain their form indefinitely. Something that draws it forth on their own automatically, without needing an Anishan to act as an external power transferer. It is items that anyone can use, to be precise.

Anishan Utrusticas

Certain Anishan — known as either Artificers or more commonly Utrusticas — are able to utilize Utrustica to its fullest potential. To create the Ani-Tech. A few of these Anishan have an Alignment that gives them more intuned knowledge in creating the technology, while most need to be taught how to construct items that can persist outside of the influence of Anishans.
