Nahala
During the Third Cycle, there used to be a civilization in the Nahala Mountains. Known simply as the Nahala, little is known about what their culture might have been before they got completely conquered by the rising Ekhmeni Empire at the turn of the Fourth Cycle. Although, judging by the snippets of native culture that still stands in hidden pockets throughout the mountains indicates that they were extremely communal--akin to the Mizuri, except perhaps on a larger, national scale. Despite this lack of cultural knowledge, many Nahala ruins remain in the mountains--carved terraces, pyramidal structures, and even many roads that are still in use today. Some ruins have been built over by Torithian settlements and colonies, but many have not.
