Treaty of the Known World
The Treaty of the Known World, also known as the Treaty of the Flying Baron, is the treaty that marks a unified peace as a result of the Shattering event where lunar bodies collided.
Those in the north have named it after the dragon attacks by the betrayers who fled to the island of Jultren.
The treaty has aligned many provinces and countries under a unified peace, to unify against other powerhouses. It gathered mostly supporters of those against the use of sorcery.

The ink from certain breeds of Sirens found exclusively on the Eastern Sembar's coast.
The language used is the scholar's tongue of Serenity.
The document addressed the Helman who fled to Jultren and used dragons to attack the known world and their homeland that became occupied by the Ashen and their new Shesire Sovereignty by granting them protection from being killed by agreeing to the exile of dragons they used.
This displeased the huikliss who had no choice but to accept, although this exile was often ignored as it led to noble houses hiding dragons in locations so they may one way emerge again and be treated with the respect they believed they deserved.
The Shesire Sovereignty were given control over the land previously owned by the Helman Council.
