LP-10: Scaled Betrayal

General Summary

The engagement of combat was tied and fast with many strikes from both sides. Expecting Khur’a Tan to be slower was a surprise for his haste and his new opal wings that none saw prior.
Rebekah Gludroww called upon the darkest entities of the abyss and called forth a demonic entity that took the form of a man. The demon broke their link to Gludroww and became independent causing chaos until Gludroww locked them within an arcane barrier.
But Khur’a Tan who was recently knocked out was secretly conscious and knocked Gludroww out causing the arcane barrier to drop and leaving the demon to spread chaos.
Just as Khur’a Tan sought to flee, he was executed. Rebekah arouse and reinstated the barrier until the demon was called back to where he originated.
Exhausted and battered they took refuge in the cave for the night.  In addition they started looting the small hoard.
