It was built out of the remnants of an incomplete chinderin tunnel system. These tunnel systems made up its sewers of it. Which is where its name comes from, translating in Merani, Gelhd for rich, Tand for tooth, Rucner for ruin, with the name losing letters over the ages to become what it was called last. The referring of teeth is from the remains of some leviathan beast in one of the districts.
It fell to ruin during the war of the flying baron.
