Cordelia Leuruna

Name Origin

Leuruna was taken from her mother's name(Which was given to her by Jaxiwogk), with Leuruna meaning Sea daughter in Aqaxiwel, the Aqaxien(pale elf) language. Cordelia was picked for the love for the secret rune, like that of Leuruna and Jaxiwogk's love.

Parents Love

She was born between the love of a Siren and an Aqaxien(Pale elf). This love blossomed from her father, Jaxiwogk, secretly listening to her mother sing. He came every day to listen to her sing, figuring out she was a siren he wishes to speak to her; he did research on the Siren language, even though there was little access to such knowledge, all the while leaving a few fungi on the remains of her feast behind every day until he got the courage to speak to her.
She had figured someone was listening to her however did not wish to harm this creature for some reason as if she was drawn to it. She starts to treasure the strange fungi that are left for her and when Jaxiwogk final walked up to the siren she was surprised and mesmerised by his demeanour and charm. Then he spoke in her language though not perfect was good enough to where they could understand each other and that was the day she received her name Leuruna.
They kept their love a secret for many moons, learning things about each other and their culture, beliefs and language. However, all good things come to an end. Her father's tribe found out that he was sneaking out to meet someone as his close friend hand told the chief about his “heinous”. Leuruna never saw her lover alive again.
She got worried after a few moons and decided to search for him, only to find him dead left to rot. She was filled with grief however as the last way to commemorate their love she laid her egg in his corpse, the Siren tradition, as to have a child together so a piece of both would never be apart. The egg hatched a healthy girl who was raised in the sea, teaching Cordelia about the Siren and Aqaxien cultures.

Life Events

Curse

It was in the year 98 when she was 99 that she was cursed, by a shaman who say she was a siren. This curse took the form of her not being able to swim no longer by taking away her tail. This caused her to nearly drown upon her fleeing, but she was found floating in the currents by a dark priest who nursed her back to health. This dark priest was named Bob and he worshipped Geheim, thus teaching Cordelia their ways as a priest until Bob died of old age.

Love

After Bob died she decided to travel the world to search for a cure to the curse.  On her journey, she came across Heima Enioth the weaponeer of the Siren Kisser in Cramhaven where she was being robbed. Heima stepped in and helped Cordelia out extremely grateful but worried as they received a wound from the fight she offered to heal it which led to Heima inviting them aboard the crew. That is how she joined the Siren Kisser at the age of 261, in the year 64.
As she starts to learn more about Heima who constantly tried to talk to Cordelia she started to trust them which eventually turned to love at the age of 271, the year 74. She confessed to Heima of her love for them and that she was a half-breed as well as a siren which they accepted, and they also know about their wish to join the sea again and support. This led her to becoming the second parent of Barnacle Enioth, Skipper Gilde, Tress Hafgrim and Floris Enioth. 
They eventually got married on the island of Plleh in the year 76 by Ivangah Sunder acting as the priest. Their wedding was filled with lavender and the saplings of jacaranda trees.

Island Boys

During her runnings for the Siren Kissers, she was employed by Hilda Eliwyn as part of a contract in retrieving the tungsten skull from the Chinderin ruin of Vloech. During this mission, she joined the group known as the Island Boys, who mostly perished leaving her the sole owner of the Island Boys' Island Estate I. 
During one of her missions to the court of Cultecheld, the Jarl Hilda Eliwyn informed Cordelia of how her allies were plotting against her, a twisting of the conversation she heard through the party when they communicated telepathically. She manipulated Cordelia into working as her private agent allowing a great deal of progress to be made for her plan.
