Deed To Island Boys' Island Estate I

This indenture, made the 18 of Kaishi, 74AS, by and between Hilda Eliwyn as the Jarl of the Sey, hereinafter referred to as "Jarl" as Jarl of the province, and Island Boys as the receivers, hereinafter referred to as "Grantees". For and in consideration of the sum of Jarls grace in acts paid through deeds of excellence and valuable consideration delivered to the Jarl by Grantees at and before the execution, sealing and delivery hereof, the receipt and sufficiency of which hereby acknowledged, Jarl has, and hereby does, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Grantees and their heirs if in favour of the Jarl: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Plleh, titled: Island boys' Island estate I.
To have and hold said tract or parcel of land, together with any and all of the rights, members, and impediment a thereof to the same being, belonging, or in any wise concerning to the only proper use and benefit of the Grantees and their heirs, forever, if in Jarls grace.
Jarl shall warrant and forever defend the right and title to said tract or parcel of land unto the Grantees and their heirs against the claims of all persons whomsoever.
In witness whereof, the Jarl has signed and sealed this deed, the 18/1/74.
