Code of Vreche

The document was created once the Helman Empire began as a form of regulating the chaos that sprung from war, while also retaining individual freedom. This conduct of laws wasn't pressured on any settlements, but if anyone referred to it their actions were generally accepted as acceptable as long as they were confined to the Code of Vreche. Often these laws were paired with new ones in order to create more secure environments.
