The Hovel Council

Structure

The Hovel council is made up of important members of The Hovel community. Each member holds equal standing among his peers and represents a different aspect of the district. Current members of the council include Davos Halfpenny, Captain Romero, and Father Abram.

Public Agenda

Duke Heartfelt founded The Hovel Council with the goal of improving the living conditions for all citizens in the district.

History

Since its founding the council has put forward several motions that I've been implemented by the Duke. Some of these include a fine for carrying any unregistered weapons, the founding of Duchess Heartfelts Hospital and the merchants and craftsmens arrangement.
