Seafoam

Seafoam is a coastal town in the Four Brothers region. The town is built on top of a cliff edge overlooking The Screaming Strait. It's most prominent feature is the extensive wooden scaffolding that scales the sheer chalk cliff to grant a walkway to sea level, where a small harbor is built. The town overlooks a natural bay granting a reservoir of calm water in the otherwise tumultuous ocean, allowing for a rich fishing industry.
Seafoam's impressive woodworking is made possible by the large amounts of dwarves that live there, whom settled there in 190AH to mine the chalk and built the scaffolding to help their human neighbors. Since then the village has been developing a thriving fishing community.
The town enjoys relative safety. Patrols from The Broken Throne guard the roads, and the sheer cliffside means they worry little from attacks from the sea. The greatest danger comes when monsters spilled over from The Screaming Strait attack fishing vessels during a storm. When that happens, a small group of of the adventuring guild The Chasers are usually on standby.
