The Elder Mountains

The Elder Mountains are the last remaining homeland for the Oudonti, the first humanoid life forms of Meaghana. The Oudonti live in small tribes throughout the valleys. These tribes are overseen by the elder of the tribe. Over the last few decades the Oudonti have been allowing members of their race to leave the mountains. However these travelers are sworn to never reveal the location of their tribes’ valley to peoples of other races.

Geography

The Elder Mountains are a huge range of volcanic mountains. Tucked away in these mountains are small extremely fertile valleys. However the lay of the land is so dangerous that even the Goblins are generally unwilling to try navigating the mountains
The climate of the mountains is extremely hot, the vapors of the volcanic vents prevent a great deal of the rain from falling anywhere but in the valleys
