The Dance of the Changing Lord

Tu-loo Ralley, Tu-loo Ralley   The Changing Lord a’comes this way   With gifts and dance for all to see   He brings new ways for all to be.     He took the first ones, grey as stones,   And warped their flesh and broke their bones   With elves, goblins and men left in his wake,   He had hundreds of peoples still to make.     Tu-loo Ralley, Tu-loo Ralley   The Changing Lord a’comes this way   With gifts and dance for all to see   He brings new ways for all to be.     He made monster birds to fly the skies,   and gave beholders all their eyes,   he made all the beasts who dig so deep,   then made the halflings in his sleep.     Tu-loo Ralley, Tu-loo Ralley   The Changing Lord a’comes this way   With gifts and dance for all to see   He brings new ways for all to be.       And at the end of his long dance,   With nothing more left up to chance   To make him feel just like he were home   He stopped to make the best: the gnome!
