Titan Boa
Letter from an Estrean documenting a period of travel within the Brosha Islands
Look I don't care what they fucking said, the things down here aren't natural. I don't know if it's the climate, or the heathen spirits, or just plain luck, but the things here aren't right. Snakes, for example. Those small things in yards back home, sometimes they get sort of big the father into the jungle you get. No, here they're massive. Bigger than the boat. I'm not exaggerating, we've got a whole skin to bring home. And the bones and fangs. They move so slowly, swimming through the water. I watched one, a green nightmare, crush a crocodile and eat it. A crocodile. I saw another hanging from the mangrove trees, just relaxing on the branches, and those branches were bending under that thing. Apparently they come from a specific swamp, which we did pass. We didn't go near it, the Broshan with us told us that no one goes into Lost Swamp except for pirates and idiots. Not sure why they listed those things separately, but my point stands.

Average snake level. Could probably recognize specific people if it really wanted to, but the humble titan boa has better things to do with its time, such as bask, and hunt, and think about the philosophical ramifications of Old Gods being almost physically present in the world while the Pantheon is not even present within their churches.

It's a constrictor boa.
