Eduardo Lobo

Eduardo Lobo is the brother of Carlos Lobo and Esmeralda Lobo, and helps run The Wolves, a vicious gang known for their brutal and savage nature. Though all the siblings share control over the gang, Eduardo is more or less the de facto leader.
Eduardo rarely shows up to meetups, and typically relies on his siblings to carry out the more social aspects of the organization. Previously, he was known for his management of the Mexican cartels and drug trade, and still commands a large amount of respect in Detroit's Latino community, even outside his own gang.
Eduardo and The Black Tarantula have a long-standing rivalry with one another.
