Carlos Lobo

Carlos Lobo is the brother of Esmeralda Lobo and Eduardo Lobo, and helps run The Wolves, a vicious gang known for their brutal and savage nature. He is one half of the 'face' of the organization and does all the negotiations and meetups on behalf of the group, usually accompanied by Esmeralda.
Carlos was once successfully brought to trial due to drug possession. However, when evidence supporting the case went missing, he was let off with only a charge of disorderly conduct. Since then, he has been a prime target for authorities to try and pin down.
