Oivoi the Cyclops

Oivoi (a.k.a. Cyclops)

Oivoi has an awkwardly small body in comparison to the size of its enormous head. It is tethered to a docking port in the wall, that is on a track going across the ceiling. This allows Oivoi to move semi-freely about the room. It is with the assistance of this large tether that Oivoi is capable of standing and moving about comfortable.
