This technology allows for settlements like the one at Elesium Mnt. to exist. Protected by an invisible barrier, blocking radiation and debris and containing the settlements atmosphere.
GFM tech. Also allows for a leap in advancement in starship engines.
Due to a series of negotions, both the West and The Explorers are in posession of these advanced starships.
