Everywhere in Markaz Alkoon, there are different subspecies of dragons and giants. Here in the north, there are pockets of frost giants if you travel far enough from draconian civilization. The Celestial Draconian Alliance, controls most of the continent of Memoria. The Dragon King and Queen of Memoria are intelligent, but they are not capable of using magic. They only speak in their native language, Draconian. Your Experiences in Memoria would lead you to think that the dragons are not overly oppressive like everybody had always said. They seem kind enough as long as you don't disagree with them. When you live in these villages or cities under the control of the dragon lords, you understand this way of living is similar to medieval England You have heard about frost giants villages that contain medium humanoid sentient creatures.
