Yula

Yula is the second most populous of the three capital cities of the ToxinBranch, and is best known for its breakouts in industry. Once a city nearly consumed by smokestacks and mines, Yula transformed itself with the help of the Toxin Branch government into an environmentally-conscious-industrial-dynasty, and its lively citizens reflect their happiness with the change on the daily.
