Half-Orc
Half-orcs are humanoids born of both human and orc ancestry by a multitude of means. Combining the physical power of their orcish ancestors with the agility of their humans ones, half-orcs can be formidable individuals. Though often shunned in both human and orcish society, though for different reasons, half-orcs have proven themselves from time to time as worthy heroes and dangerous villains. Their existence implies an interesting back story that most would not like to dwell on. Half-orcs are on average are burlier and a bit taller than the average human. Most half-orcs have greenish or grayish skin, jutting jaws, prominent teeth, a sloping forehead, and coarse body hair, which causes them to stand out from their human brethren, though their canines are noticeably smaller than a full-blooded orc’s tusks. Half-orcs as such appear bestial to humans, though among orcs they are considered human-like physically. Half-orc hair is most often black, though it grays very quickly with age.
From their orcish blood, half-orcs take less desirable qualities typically, which adds to the discomfort others often feel around them. Few half-orcs have the patience for the etiquette or protocol that civilization often imposes and are far from quiet about their opinions on the subject. As a result, half-orcs are often perceived as uncouth savages, a reputation perhaps accentuated by the half-orcish love of physical pleasures such as eating, drinking, or dancing. Impatient and ill-tempered are stereotypes that are not too far off the mark for most half-orcs, but these qualities are not necessarily negative. Sometimes, a brash and straight to business attitude is precisely what is required.

Basic Information
Anatomy
Half-Orcs are built much more bulky than humans, but not quite as much as a normal orc. They are, truly, half and half.
Biological Traits
Like other half-breeds, half-orcs combine the natures of both their lineages into a unique whole, a trait which extends into their mentality as well as their physical qualities. Like humans, half-orcs are quick to action, tenacious, and bold, with an adaptability that is unusual among most races. This is useful to the race, given that they are considered outsiders just about everywhere and so the ability to thrive in unwelcome or unusual locations is a necessity for a half-orc’s welfare.
Growth Rate & Stages
In general, half-orcs do not live as long as humans, maturing by their sixteenth year and often dying before their sixtieth.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Half-Orcs, like orcs, have a higher need for protein than other humanoids, and as such often prefer meat as food.
Additional Information
Social Structure
Depends heavily on upbringing. May be more tribal and proimitive akin to orcs, or more educated and reserved like humans.
Facial characteristics
Underbite fangs, squarer features.
Geographic Origin and Distribution
Orcs are mainly based in the southwest, so half-orcs are more common there. But there are tribes spread northward as well, so a stretch of half-orcs from the southwest up to the northern borders of the Barrens is not uncommon.

Naming Traditions
Depends on upbringing.
Major Organizations
Half-orcs don't have any individual governements or groups, and rather they walk as lone outcasts of society.
Beauty Ideals
Half-orcs' beauty and relationship ideals depend on their upbringing. Humans hold many different notions of what they consider beautiful, depending on where they are from. Orcs are similar to goliaths in that they value strength, but contrary to goliaths, they have been influenced by the humans' society, and discriminate towards women, seeing them as weaker than men.
Major Language Groups and Dialects
Half-orcs often learn both orcish and common, but it's not always so - It depends on their upbringing.
Orcish sounds very guttural, using sounds that one could, if not used to orcish, mistake for simple grunts.

History
During the First Age, the orcs multiplied in amount at a vast rate. In dire need of land, they rapidly attacked the surrounding borders. During this time, and after, though not earlier thought of at all, half-orcs started appearing across the borders, many orphans of war. They were forcibly integrated into society, facing a lot of stigma at the time, from both orcish clans and human ones, representing something the other side hates quite strongly.
