The only weapon ever to be called an Uplifted Blade, forged by the most skilled dwarven blacksmith (There is only one blacksmith clan in the entire elven kingdom) and blessed by a being of pure celestial power. Thus, its power and affinity for the element and power of the Divine is unmatched.
In an ancient time, the sword was given to a mighty king, as a gift of promise from the dwarves, set on the condition that only the worthy may wield the sword. To achieve this, even after the King died, the sword was placed and bound in a stone along with the ghost of the king, so that only someone deemed worthy would be allowed to draw the sword. In the end, the sword is magically returned to the stone when the wielder dies, so that who decides the wielder is never left to fate’s whims, but to the ancient king, the first who was worthy.
Though the legend itself has lasted for hundreds of years, no one truly knows where the remains of Calindor reside; It's said that it was built on the summit of an immense mountain, but no recordings of such a city has ever been made.
