Communication Orb

A large transparent glass sphere that is filled with a swirling white cloud. 
When a single humanoid places their hand on the sphere they can communicate short messages to a person they picture in their mind. These messages appear to the person they are communicated to as text in their minds eye. 
A single message can only be sent every 15 minutes. 
Longer messages take physical tolls on their user and have been reported to cause psychic damage to the recipient. 
Currently only a handful of Communication Orbs are known to exist and are almost exclusively in the hands of The Order of St. Alia. 
An orb is located in The Temple of Tyr and was used several times by Faxina to contact Vondel.
