The Boathouse

The @Boathouse is the Kid's Hideout.

Although it is somewhat decrepit, it hides some great treasures. Other than a an old rowing boat and a few fishing rods, Lars, the local farmer's older son, is using this place to work on his hover bike. He is keen to explore how the new tech can help around the farm and crosses the lake to a scrap yard regularly to look for parts and materials.
