Geography
Ceven is a snowy world with one long contiguous ocean around the equator. Thirteen tectonic plates sit under the surface, two of them at the poles. All the other plates connect to the poles in some way, and very few large landmasses lack bridges onto the poles, even if blocked by mountains. Massive drifts of ice as big as earth's largest islands fill the oceans. Many nomadic peoples used these ice drifts to spread across the planet at the dawn of civilization. Much of the land is covered in ten meter thick snow, with dense dirt underneath. The people of the planet live near coasts, the side of mountains without snow, and the walls of canyons.
Fauna & Flora
Hydrogen-based plants pierce through the snow. Leaves lay flat on the surface of the snow and branches spread into the snow. They feed off the hydrogen in the snow and release oxygen.
