Bice

One of the smallest monsters to roam the tundra of Ice Sheet Lake, they aren't to be taken lightly. While it may look innocent enough running through this land, its bright red fangs tell a different story. Often hunting its prey in small groups, it will try to overwhelm larger creatures with its speed and magic fangs. A small pack will often be hiding in small pockets of snow around and on top of the lake, simply waiting for some creatures to pass by and be ambushed by them. Beware to not take too many hits from its magical bite, as it will leave you feeling more tired until you collapse and finally be mauled to death by these things. While they may be pack monsters, they'll usually run away if too many of them get killed during a hunt.

Uses, Products & Exploitation

Adventurers would initially try and use their fangs long ago to improve their weapons somehow. However research on the fangs within the last century have revealed that they don't seem to have any magical potency to them once the Bice are dead. This would mean the magic comes directly from the Bice itself and not the fangs, which would explain why the fangs turn back to a regular white once a Bice dies. Some adventurers still keep the fangs to decorate their weapons however because the sentiment of power still remains with the fangs, even if the magic doesn't.
